Sabir Gasimov Nadir oglu is an Azerbaijani artist and educator born on 27 October 1973 in the city of Shamakhi. From 1988 to 1992 he studied at the Azim Azimzade Azerbaijan State Art Technical School. Between 1992 and 1998 he continued his education at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, specializing in graphic art. Since 2001 he has worked as a training master at the Department of Graphics, and since 2007 he has been engaged in teaching activities. In 2017 he received a PhD degree in Art Studies, and in 2018 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Graphics. Since 2005 he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan and since 2007 a member of the Azerbaijan Cartoonists Union. Since 1998 he has regularly participated in national exhibitions. He is the author of several academic articles, two textbooks, and one methodological manual. In 2023 his solo exhibition was held at the Vajiya Samadova Exhibition Hall of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan.
