Faqana Aliyeva is an Azerbaijani artist born on 20 January 1983 in Baku. She graduated from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Painting and completed her Master’s degree in 2019. During her studies she was taught by prominent People’s Artists of Azerbaijan Boyukaga Mirzazade and Jalil Huseynov. Since 2005 she has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. She actively participates in both national and international exhibitions. Her works have been exhibited in Turkey, China, Singapore, Russia and various European countries. She is a participant and award winner of numerous art exhibitions and competitions.
