Ulvi Gaffarov is an Azerbaijani ceramic artist born on January 22, 1998 in Baku. In 2015 he graduated from secondary school and entered the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Decorative and Applied Arts, specializing in artistic ceramics (SABAH program), graduating in 2019. Since May 13, 2020 he has been working as a ceramic artist at the “Gilabi Ceramics” brand. He is also engaged in independent creative work, presenting his artworks online. His practice focuses on functionality and commercial-oriented design.
